在我們的人生當中，最親密的往往是家人，但有時候傷我們最深的，好像也是家人。現代很多家庭在餐桌上，常常吃著吃著就變成了戰場：長輩覺得年輕人身在福中不知足、抗壓性低；晚輩則覺得長輩觀念陳舊、根本不懂現在生活有多辛苦。這一集我們再次邀請到五守心理治療所的林近臨床心理師，要來跟大家聊聊這個讓很多人心力交瘁的主題：『誰來理解我?不同世代的衝突-長輩與兒女』。
