This episode of Wondering in Sizhu, titled The Perilous Journey of a Thousand Miles, continues the legend of the assassin Nie Zheng, guiding listeners into another version of the tale: after Nie Zheng’s death in his attempt to kill Xia Lei, his sister Nie Rong braved countless dangers, traveling a thousand miles to uphold her brother’s honor and sacrifice. This narrative not only embodies the ancient spirit of chivalry but also reflects the weight of choices and emotions faced in times of war.

在音樂與故事的交織中，歷史的悲壯往往化為動人的旋律。本集《絲竹漫遊》以「絕險千里的故事」為題，延續上週刺客聶政的傳奇，帶領聽眾走入另一個版本的敘事：聶政因刺殺俠累而身亡，其姊聶榮不畏艱險，千里奔赴，為弟弟守義犧牲。這段故事不僅展現了古代俠義精神，也折射出戰亂時代下人們面對生死的抉擇與情感的重量。
聶政與聶瑩的絕險千里，映照出戰亂中的人性光輝。其實戰爭從未真正遠離人類世界，音樂是時代的鏡子，也是人心的映照，因此成為音樂作品中反覆出現的題材。
除了《秦兵馬俑幻想曲》，本集還將播出多個版本的《將軍令》。這首曲牌自清代《琵琶譜》以來，便象徵軍令森嚴與武將威儀，旋律簡潔而有力，廣泛流傳於琵琶、古箏、潮州大鑼鼓與蘇南吹打等不同樂種。
